I have 2+ years of experience. I have worked for two Eikeiwa. I have taught both young and old. I can speak basic Japanese. I read about 1000 kanji. I can read French and Russian and Latin, but my speaking level is very low in these languages. During a lesson I like to write out full sentences as examples. So after a 60 minute lesson you will have at LEAST thirty correct and well built, natural sentences for review. I can provide lesson material if you like. Or we can do free conversation. Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Caitlin and I've got TESL, Certified Health Coach & RTY200 Certified Yoga Instructor in my skill bag! I studied linguistics and TESL in college and have been teaching English for four years now to classes, groups and individuals. As a yoga instructor, I began my Ashtanga practice over 2 years ago and absolutely fell in love with the benefits of the practice both mentally and physically. It took me not even 6 months before I knew I had to learn more and thus enrolled in a teaching certification program.
