Hello! I'm obsessed with making images and that's something you should use to your benefit. I am an experienced fine art and commercial photographer based in Saitama City, serving clients the greater Tokyo area. Services include portrait, editorial, and illustrative photography, as well as fine art photographic prints. Fine art commissions are also accepted. Please note that I do not shoot weddings or events. I don't enjoy it and it's not where my strengths lie. I'm here on this site hoping to connect with people who are looking for a photographer who is really going to listen carefully to what they need and then work hard to deliver high quality images. 経歴・資格
More than twenty-three years spent being obsessed with and developing my skills in photography. BSVC in Commercial Photography from Ohio University's School of Visual Communication. In providing photography services, my approach is always one of collaboration. Even with a simple headshot, the best results can only happen when the photographer and the subject are working together toward a common goal. I try not to pigeonhole myself too much, but in general you can think of me as someone who does editorial, illustrative, and portrait work. More than subject or genre, my approach is based on carefully considering the subject and concept and finding a way to effectively communicate what needs to be communicated. Depending on client requests and the desired final product, I shoot both digitally and with film. My preference is for monochrome and I feel that's where my greatest strengths are, but I also enjoy working in color.

Photography has been a life-defining passion for me for more than twenty-three years. It has enriched my life so much, and I want to share that with others. By nature, I am a shy introvert who's fascinated by more things than he will ever have time to learn about. I often say that my core philosophy in life is that everything is interesting, and it's really true. This studious, attentive nature has always meshed well with my practice of photography. What this means for clients and collaborators is that you will be working with someone who will take your needs seriously and who will put a great deal of thought and effort into creating the best images I can.
