Aiming towards a career in teaching education development commensurate with my qualification as an English teacher to a Japanese student. This is my first time to do a professional job as a teacher but I usually teach my younger siblings and cousins. I am experienced in helping students who have learned English in Japanese schools to apply your knowledge to speaking with Gaikokujin.
Japanese speakers of English study and speak a version of English that is suited for speaking with other Japanese English-speakers, but is not very effective for conversing with Native- and Second-Language- English-speakers.
If you wish to learn to speak English in the English-speaking world, then your practice can be greatly rewarded if you apply yourself with an open mind.
I work a lot with vocabulary, English expressions, and grammar. I emphasize teaching pronunciation and phonics, because many Japanese students have not been taught the basics of English pronunciation.
