Luedke Caitlin

Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Caitlin and I've got TESL, Certified Health Coach & RTY200 Certified Yoga Instructor in my skill bag! I studied linguistics and TESL in college and have been teaching English for four years now to classes, groups and individuals. 

As a yoga instructor, I began my Ashtanga practice over 2 years ago and absolutely fell in love with the benefits of the practice both mentally and physically. It took me not even 6 months before I knew I had to learn more and thus enrolled in a teaching certification program. I've been teaching for over 1 year now and am excited to spread yoga to others throughout the world! Soon after I realized how necessary it was to have proper fuel for the body in order to feel your absolute best so I continued my education by enrolling in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed a certification as a Health Coach. I love seeing people transform themselves through this type of work and am inspired by the stories and dedications of my previous clients and all of their successes!
